The Candor Online membership offers customized workouts through our online personal training option for clients who live locally or outside the tri-city area, have unpredictable schedules, or enjoy working out at home.
The Candor Fit Membership is a personalized coaching program offering weekly 30-minute training/coaching sessions, a personalized workout program, nutritional guidance, goal setting, and accountability.
The Candor RX Membership is a personalized coaching program that offers weekly 60-minute one-on-one personal training sessions, a personalized meal plan, a custom workout plan, and an individual corrective exercise routine.
Candor Online Training Membership
Candor Fitness offers customized workouts through our online personal training option for clients who live locally or outside the tri-city area, have unpredictable schedules, or enjoy working out at home. Online Personal Training is $99 to start, then $29/ Month.

One on One Personal Training
One-on-one personal training sessions are 30 to 60 minutes and can be scheduled in person or online. In private one-on-one training, there is just you, the trainer, and the gym. All personal training sessions can be done in person or virtually.
Each session can include but is not limited to fitness assessments, cardiovascular training, strength training, functional training, mobility work, corrective exercise prescription, nutritional consultation, program setup, sport-specific training, and injury rehabilitation.
One-on-one personal training sessions are designed to meet each client where they are while building strength, increasing endurance, improving flexibility, preventing injuries, and learning proper body mechanics.

All Training Sessions and Multi-packs are paid fully in advance, expire 90 days after purchase, and SCHEDULED AT SALE TIMe. All training sessions require at least a 24-hour notice of cancellation or rescheduling; otherwise, it is to be charged.
